PHYLLIS JEAN EVANS Phyllis Jean Evans, died March 10, 2012 at Hospice in Palm Beach Gardens. Born July 28, 1946 in Charleston, W.VA. to Mayme and Charlie Walke (deceased). Jean worked fourteen years for the Property Appraisers Office in Tangible Taxes with wonderful co-workers. Jean is survived by her loving daughter, Denean Ogburn, and devoted granddaughter, Cassandra (Shug) Lopez, along with many dear friends and relatives. A Memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, March 17, 2012 at NORTHWOOD FUNERAL HOME, 5608 Broadway, West Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Palm Beach.
