Arthur E. Blank

CDR Arthur E. Blank, US Navy (RET.), 94, of North Palm Beach, passed away Monday,September 30, 2013. Preceded in death by his wife, Stella C. Blank, formerly of Manhattan, New York, CDR Blank is survived by his devoted and beloved son, Mark, of North Palm Beach; a sister, CPT June Nunn, US Navy (RET.) of Newport, Rhode Island; and a brother, Michael J. Blank, Jr., of Newport, Rhode Island. CDR Blank attended Duke University where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He later attended the United States Navy post-graduate school. He retired from the Navy in 1963 and built and managed The Marina Apartments of North Palm Beach for thirty-one years, retiring in 1995. He was also a member of the North Palm Beach Rotary. Private services were held.
