Timothy Craig Daenzer

Timothy Craig Daenzer, age 73, passed away September 3rd following a brief illness at Saint Mary’s Medical Center. Growing up in Western Michigan, Tim was the beloved son of the late Milton and Lois Daenzer and last surviving sibling of his family who included Karen Daenzer Schneider, Terry Daenzer (surviving spouse Cissy Cochran Sanders), Randall Daenzer (surviving spouse Bonnie Daenzer), and Debra Daenzer Higdon. He was also the cherished uncle of Kathleen Schneider, Andy (Carrie) Daenzer, Elizabeth Kummer, Kathryn Nash, and Christine Daenzer, along with many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

 

Tim spent the majority of his adult life in the sunshine state, specifically West Palm. He will be remembered for his many talents and dry humor. Tim excelled as a luthier who partnered with Keven Kaufman of Kaufman Daenzer Instruments whose clients included Jaco Pastorious and other nationally recognized musicians. Tim was always eager to help out his friends and neighbors and enjoyed the challenge of repairing and restoring antiques, furniture, and other household items that needed attention.

 

Tim greatly enjoyed the company of his treasured friends who will miss him dearly. Tim’s life will be remembered and celebrated privately by his loved ones.
